Veerappan Official First Look Out | Ram Gopal Varma
And it’s here! Director Ram Gopal Varma’s upcoming movie Veerappan’s first motion poster is out. The movie is based on famous Indian bandit Veerappan who was also famously known as the 'Sandalwood Smuggler' and the events leading to Operation Cocoon to capture or kill Veerappan. The motion poster of the film looks quite interesting, where the video begins with a haunting background score with a caption, “It took 10 years to kill Osama Bin Laden...It took 20 years to kill Veerappan..” Sandeep Bhardwaj as Veerappan looks ferocious with big moustache, and is seen in his military gear and has a rifle slung on his back. Well Ram Gopal Varma has clarified that this film is not a dubbed version of Kannada movie Killing Veerappan but is actually a full fledged remake. Veerappan will release on 27th May 2016.
